Car Seat Safety

A child car seat is mandatory by law. All children, whether in the front or back seat of a car, van, or goods vehicle, must use an appropriate child car seat until they reach a height of 135cm or turn 12 years old. The driver is held accountable for ensuring that children under the age of 14 are properly restrained in compliance with the law.
